Payments and Promotions
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
At this time, only one promo code per transaction is accepted.
Orders
What is the status of my order?
Once you've received your shipping confirmation email you can click on "Track It" and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Can I change or cancel an order after it's been placed?
Once an order is placed, we're unable to make any changes.
